how to make Corn upma | Corn Kees | Bhutte ke khees



Ingredients : 

Corn kernels - 500gms,
Mustered seeds - 1/4 tsp, 
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp,
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp,
Green chillies - 3,
Salt to taste, 
Sugar - 1/2tsp, 
Lemon - half, 
oil -2tsp
Grated coconut - half bowl
Coriander leaves

Preparation Time : 15 mins




how to make:

Step 1: Boil the sweet corn kernels for about 5minutes.




Step 2: Strain the corn kernels and grind it.



Step 3:pour 2 tsp oil,add mustered seeds,cumin seeds,asafoetida,curry leaves,green chillies.



Step 4:Add grinned corn kernels, little sugar and salt to taste.



Step 5: add half bowl of grated coconut, if not add peanut powder and also add lemon juice

 

Step 6: Serve it hot and garnish it with coriander leaves
